CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey (booking, payments, documentation, possession, after-sales).

· Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, provide updates, and ensure high customer data.

· Manage CRM software to track leads, sales pipeline and customer data.

· Support clients with loan documentation, registration process, and other formalities.

· Handle customer escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution.

· Liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, and legal, and operation, projects) to ensure smooth customer on boarding and delivery.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales performance, lead conversion, customer feedback, and collections.

· Provide inputs for making campaigns, events, and promotional activities to improve lead quality and customer enragement.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (MBA preferred) .

· 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM (depending on role seniority).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target.

· Customer –centric mindset with problem-solving ability.

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment.
