Job Overview:

Swain Aluminium Private Limited is seeking a CRM Trainee to join our team. This role is designed specifically for female candidates who have some experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or a strong desire to develop their skills within the industry. The CRM Trainee will support the CRM team by handling customer interactions, maintaining CRM systems, assisting in marketing activities, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across various communication channels (phone, email, in-person, etc.).
• Provide detailed information about products and services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

CRM System Assistance:

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

• Assist in generating CRM reports, analyzing customer data, and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-up activities, and organizing marketing campaigns and outreach programs.

Customer Relationship Building:

• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by gathering feedback and working to improve service quality.
• Contribute to customer retention efforts by ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance CRM expertise and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and CRM tools.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Languages:

• Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telegu.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, CRM, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred, as it involves direct customer interaction and service excellence.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and a keen interest in CRM are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
