CRM Technical Consultant

Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant Location: Mohali (Chandigarh) Experience: 4+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or Maximum 30 Days Key Responsibilities: Act as a CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Configure and manage CRM environments. Design and implement business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. Work on CRM customizations, including plugins and extensions. Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document functional requirements. Support CRM deployments, testing, and post-implementation activities. Provide user training, support, and issue resolution. Exposure to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is a strong advantage. Desired Skills & Competencies: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and CRM customization. Experience in environment setup and CRM administration. Familiarity with custom workflows, plugins, and scripting. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies (preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
