CRM Technical Consultant

Job Description: As a part of our team at Compusoft, you will be expected to demonstrate domain expertise and possess knowledge in CRM, Sales, and Services Processes. Having a Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification will be considered an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, configuring the application to meet client requirements using various tools provided by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and identifying creative workarounds to fulfill requirements without the need for custom code development. Expertise in plug-in development, scripting, and experience in REST, SOAP, and Web services development is essential. You will be required to understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code, create technical specifications, and design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other software. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, developing data conversion and testing strategies, providing technical support to existing CRM clients, and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
