Job Description

Job Title: CRM Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and implement user journeys for financial products, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Drive awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.
Track, measure, and analyze engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance.
Continuously refine user journeys based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying gaps and improvement areas.
Experience in financial products or fintech is a plus.
