Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to manage project data, track project pipelines and sales conversions, and support business projections through effective use of CRM and PMM systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales Team and IT Team) for the development of Centralized Project Management (CPM).
Support the team in extracting project information from various commercial portals and update the same with proper allocation in the CRM.
Track and monitor project development through its construction stages, and create a pipeline based on these stages to support the Sales Team in conversions.
Track and monitor project conversions and actions taken by the Sales Team.
Create a business projection model based on project pipelines using the PMM.
Establish cross-linking of all influencers and ensure smooth information flow using the PMM.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Excel
Hands-on experience in coordination with sales team.
Data Management and Analytical skills
