Client Relationship Manager (CRM)About the Role

We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented CRM who can ensure smooth post-production delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction. From managing timelines to upselling services, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients and a key driver of our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients during the post-production phase.
• Oversee and manage delivery timelines for photos, videos, albums, and print products.
• Coordinate album design approvals, revisions, and print orders with precision.
• Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and print vendors to deliver high-quality results.
• Track production milestones and keep clients updated at every stage.
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM/project management tools.
• Proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure smooth service recovery.

Required Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM/project management tools & MS Office.
• A customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
