Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, upsell, win-back, and loyalty.
  • Manage customer segmentation and automated journeys using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze.
  • Optimize retention metrics: churn, repeat purchase, LTV, and engagement.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze performance across cohorts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and creative teams.

Requirements:

  • 25 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (preferably B2C/D2C).
  • Hands-on with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with user data and funnel metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a bias for experimentation.
