CRM Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills with prior experience in real estate CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and post-sales support effectively.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management on customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth execution of agreements, documentation, and handover process.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software/tools & MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Education & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Relevant experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
