We are hiring CRM Managers for a renowned Mohali-based real estate developer. Knowledge of RERA guidelines is mandatory and prior experience in real estate required with sales support & customer service. The role involves managing and optimising the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, workflow efficiency, and timely client communication. The candidate will support the sales team with documentation, payment follow-ups, forecasting, and post-sales coordination while maintaining high service standards. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in real estate CRM platforms, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
