Drafting and sending various letters like allotment letter, demand letter, agreements, etc.
Coordinating with the client for payments & collections & booking related issues.
Handling client queries & resolving the same within specified TATs.
Maintaining various MIS reports as required by the Senior/Top Management of the Company.
