CRM Manager (Post Sales)

As a CRM Manager Post Sales in the Real Estate industry, your role will involve managing customer relationships, documentation, and end-to-end post-sales operations for our premium farmland community project Nirvaana Hills. Your strong experience in real estate post-sales processes will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer onboarding and post-sales communication effectively. - Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to ensure a smooth process flow. - Maintain CRM data, trackers, and customer status updates accurately. - Manage client queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships throughout the buyer journey. - Provide support in possession coordination and handover processes. Required Experience & Skills: - 2 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory). - Strong understanding of post-sales processes, documentation, and RERA basics. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication. - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage customer queries effectively.
