Role & responsibilities Assist in day-to-day CRM operations at the project site Maintain and update customer databases, documentation, and records Support in pre-handover and handover documentation, including unit inspection and snag reports Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Finance) for issue resolution Facilitate site visits and ensure timely communication with customers Organize and file physical and digital documents (e.g., agreements, payment receipts, NOCs, possession documents) Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders Prepare reports, trackers, and checklists as required by the CRM/Operations team Assist in preparing welcome kits and possession handover formalities Support in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and customer meetings on-site Preferred candidate profile
