Key Responsibilities: Monitor KPIs to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Provide assistance to customers in using our products and services. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention. Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales teams. Desired Skills & Experience: BBA, B.Com, MBA graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Google Workspace. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Decent communication skills & interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
