Administrative Support Prepare and process sales documents. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales. Coordinate online and in-store orders, returns, and exchanges. Customer Data Management Collect, manage, and analyze customer data. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and track email, SMS, or push campaigns. Personalize marketing efforts based on customer data. Customer Engagement & Service Support Assist in delivering personalized communications (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, follow-ups). Work with customer service to track and resolve customer issues. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in fashion or garment retail.
