CRM Executive

Position Summary:

Executive - CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey, from booking to possession and beyond.
• Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data and communication records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal) to address customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare and share timely updates related to project milestones, payment schedules, documentation, etc.
• Handle post-sales documentation including agreement generation, payment receipts, and possession handover.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as required to improve service quality.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other relevant real estate regulations in communication and documentation.
• Support the organizations eco-living mission by educating and involving customers in community and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of RERA guidelines is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
