After a tremendous success in the resale real estate segment we have recently ventured into the primary real estate vertical to help those who are looking to buy a new property by suggesting them the right property from the plethora of projects across Bangalore.                                       To know more visit https://settlin.in   Basic Requirements:   ·      Any Graduate · Should have knowledge of payment handling and collections ·      6 months -2 years of experience (Male Candidates Only) ·      Good analytical and communication skills (English).     Job Description:   •    Prepare and send invoices to builders for payments related to construction projects. •    Ensuring timely collection of payments from Builders & Mandate Teams. •    Monitoring & Tracking outstanding receivables and maintaining up-to-date records of all transactions. •    Regularly contacting clients to remind them of upcoming payments •    Maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions, including invoices and empanelment. •    Follow up with the builders to collect the invoice billed. •    Follow up with the customers to understand the status of the agreement.
