Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist in onboarding new customers and explain company products/services.
Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Maintain customer database and prepare regular reports using CRM software.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve customer service and relationship management targets.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and provide excellent after-sales support.
