We are seeking a smart, customer-focused CRM Executive (Fresher) with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to shift into a client-facing, communication-driven role in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling CRM software, and supporting the sales/marketing team with customer data and engagement strategies.
• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address queries and follow up on requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and site teams to ensure smooth project communication.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify customer trends and feedback.
• Maintain documentation of client communications, project updates, and service requests.
• Help streamline processes for post-sales support, handover, and customer satisfaction.
• 01 year of experience (internships or academic projects in real estate/infrastructure are a plus).
• Strong communication skills (English and regional language if applicable).
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Interest in customer management, project coordination, or non-core civil roles.
• Internship experience in client servicing, or site customer interactions.
• Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or real estate CRMs.
• Understanding of the real estate sales cycle or construction handover processes.
