Job Description

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate data, analyzing customer behavior, and supporting sales and marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to track customer interactions.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Provide CRM training and support to team members.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with all team
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
