We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive accessories, specializing in car mats and mud flaps for OEMs. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new products from concept to production, specifically focused on car mats, mud flaps, and other similar components. The candidate must have hands-on experience in using NX / Unigraphics CAD software for 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D drawings. A strong understanding of plastic and rubber part design, tooling, and manufacturing processes is essential. The role involves close coordination with internal teams such as R&D, tooling, production, and quality to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with automotive standards. The candidate should be able to carry out DFMEA, support prototyping and testing, and make design modifications based on feedback and validation results. A degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are crucial for success in this role.
