Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & communication skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a CRM Executive at Acme Creation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional voice, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer support calls and messages
• Maintain and update customer data
• Conduct telecalling to potential customers
• Follow up on payments with customers
• Explain product/service details and provide solutions to customers
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer follow-ups
• Ensure polite, respectful, and helpful communication in Hindi and English at all times

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years (preferred)
• Languages: English (must)
• Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident and clear communication
• Good learning attitude
• Energetic and customer-focused mindset
• Personality: Extroverted, energetic, quick learner, good listener
