Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the data enrichment process by researching and verifying company details, contact information, and revenue/employee data.
Organize and update contact databases using Google Sheets.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research and accuracy checks.
Perform data cleanup and formatting (revenue formatting, hyperlink creation, conditional formatting, etc.).
Verify email addresses using internal tools or verification platforms.
Maintain data consistency across different project trackers and master sheets.
Collaborate with the U.S. operations team for ongoing projects and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in
Google Sheets
and
Excel
(formulas, filters, formatting, lookups, etc.).
Basic understanding of
AI tools
and ability to use them to assist with tasks.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfortable handling large datasets and repetitive tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of business research and LinkedIn data lookup is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet U.S. working timelines when needed for coordination.
