CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management

• Manage and update customer information, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate customer data to ensure effective communication and reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support client engagement activities — feedback collection, relationship mapping, and satisfaction tracking.

Lead & Sales Coordination

• Monitor and track leads through various channels (calls, emails, campaigns, referrals).
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management to track lead status, conversion ratios, and client activity.

CRM System Management

• Generate reports and analyze data trends to support marketing and sales planning.
• Ensure proper data hygiene — removing duplicates, correcting entries, and maintaining consistency.

Customer Retention & Engagement

• Support marketing and sales campaigns aimed at customer retention.
• Identify inactive or dormant clients and coordinate re-engagement strategies.
• Send follow-up emails, newsletters, and offers through CRM tools.

Reporting & Analytics

• Create and share daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to improve client relationships and sales outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
