Key Responsibilities: ·        Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and relationship management. ·        Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and prepare basic reports. ·        Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and messages. ·        Resolve issues calmly and provide accurate information. ·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. ·        Track customer interactions and support the sales/service team.   Key Requirements: ·        1–2 years of experience in CRM, or customer support roles. ·        Good English communication skills (written & verbal). ·        Proficiency in MS Office Suits. ·        Calm, polite, and customer-friendly personality. ·        Ability to handle customer requests efficiently.
