Job Description

Key Responsibilities:   ·        Coordinate with vendors for purchasing materials and follow up on order status. ·        Ensure timely delivery of materials through strong follow-ups. ·        Communicate with suppliers and internal teams clearly and professionally. ·        Maintain documentation related to purchasing and vendor management. ·        Maintain purchase records, update Excel trackers, and prepare basic reports.   Requirements:   ·        1–2 years of experience in coordination, operations ·        Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, formatting, basic formulas). ·        Good communication skills (Basic English). ·        Strong follow-up ability to ensure timely order completion. ·        Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. ·        Experience in purchase/procurement coordination will be an added advantage.
