Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Chandivali, Andheri east, Mumbai
Experience: 1 Year Pay Range: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role involves maintaining accurate customer data, analyzing customer interactions, driving customer engagement campaigns, and ensuring the CRM platform is effectively utilized to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and retention.
  • Segment customer data and design personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and provide insights to sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Coordinate with HO team and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the CRM system.
  • Generate and monitor reports on customer activity, sales pipeline, and campaign performance.
  • Train and support staff on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Project management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, customer analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in CRM campaign design and execution.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
