Role & responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain customer data in the CRM system accurately
  • Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
  • Manage customer records including contact details, leads, follow-ups, and transaction history
  • Perform regular data audits and clean up duplicate or incorrect entries
  • Upload bulk data using spreadsheets or CRM import tools
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams to update customer status and activity logs
  • Generate basic CRM reports and dashboards as required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data security policies
  • Track lead assignments, conversions, and closure status
  • Maintain documentation related to CRM processes and data entry standards
  • Assist in CRM system testing and updates when required
  • Respond to internal data-related queries promptly
