Key Responsibilities

• CRM Strategy & System Administration

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across inbound and outbound data flows.
• Customer Data Analysis & Segmentation

• Campaign Planning & Execution

• Customer Lifecycle & Journey Optimization
• Map end-to-end customer journeys—onboarding, renewal, upsell—and refine touchpoints for a cohesive experience. Strive
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training

• Platform Optimization & Integrations

• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve processes and feature use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
