What You’ll Do:

Manage and organize customer data & CRM systems
Create & execute WhatsApp, SMS and Push notifications
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth CRM operations
Enhance customer experience through timely and relevant messaging

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
Willingness to learn and grow with the team

🎓 Education & Background:

We’re looking for MBA students or undergraduates who have done at least one internship in a similar background, A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured environment are key!
