Role Overview:

The Customer Executive will be responsible for converting leads into appointments through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building. This role plays a key part in generating revenue by managing leads, customer feedback, and references, ensuring every potential inquiry is nurtured into a successful client visit and sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming leads from online and offline sources.

• Convert leads into confirmed appointments through calls, messages, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

• Generate revenue by building strong customer relationships and repeat interactions.

• Collect and record customer feedback post-purchase.

• Build referral networks by staying in touch with satisfied clients.

• Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure smooth appointment experiences.

• Achieve monthly appointment and revenue conversion targets.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM roles preferred.

• Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
