Crisis Management Analyst

This role is pivotal in preparing the organization to respond to disruptive incidents effectively, ensuring resilience and quick recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and execution of

  Crisis Management

  strategies and playbooks
• Coordinate real-time

  incident response activities

  across business units during crises
• Conduct

  crisis simulation exercises

  and post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with business continuity and risk teams to align crisis response plans
• Maintain and update crisis communication plans and stakeholder contact lists
• Monitor emerging risks and provide timely risk intelligence
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards on incident readiness and response effectiveness

Mandatory Skills

Crisis Management

BCP/BCM frameworks

conducting drills, simulations, and crisis response coordination

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making under pressure

ISO 22301

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environment
