As a Crew Manager at NeoSea Talent Management Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of skilled crew members in compliance with operational and legal standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining crew records, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, coordinating medical check-ups and training, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and organizational capabilities will be crucial to ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment, placement, and management of skilled crew members - Maintain crew records and ensure compliance with maritime regulations - Coordinate medical check-ups and training for crew members - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently Qualifications: - Proficiency in Crew Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition - Knowledge of legal compliance, including RPSL documentation, DG Shipping regulations, and SOPs - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in maritime or manufacturing industry recruitment is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with digital tools for documentation and tracking - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field As a Crew Manager at NeoSea Talent Management Pvt.
