Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Crew Manager. The Crew Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of crew activities, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and coordinate with various departments for efficient operations. Responsibilities include crew hiring and training, performance evaluations, resolving crew-related issues, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in crew management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation and using management software
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field is preferred
• Experience required total of 8+ years in crewing department and out of total 3+ years as crew manager.
