The Crew Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of crew activities, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and coordinate with various departments for efficient operations. Responsibilities include crew hiring and training, performance evaluations, resolving crew-related issues, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications Strong experience in crew management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively Proficiency in maintaining documentation and using management software Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field is preferred Experience required total of 8+ years in crewing department and out of total 3+ years as crew manager.
