Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role for a Crew Manager located in Mumbai. The Crew Manager will be responsible for managing crew operations, including recruitment, deployment, training, and medical coordination of seafarers. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring compliance with flag state requirements, classification societies, and ISM code compliance. The Crew Manager will maintain excellent communication with ship owners, technical superintendents, and crew members to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Additionally, responsibilities include handling crew ticketing, performance evaluation, and documentation processes. Qualifications Experience in crew management, recruitment, and deployment Knowledge of flag state requirements, ISM code compliance, and classification societies Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multi-national crews and coordinate training programs Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including documentation and ticketing Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a maritime operations role is a plus
