This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Crew Executive will be responsible for managing crewing operations which include crew sourcing, recruitment, and mobilization. The role entails ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, maintaining crew records, and liaising with port authorities, ship owners, and agents. The Crew Executive will also manage the scheduling and logistics of crew changes and monitor crew performance and welfare, ensuring smooth operations and efficient crew management.

Qualifications

Experience in Crew Sourcing, Recruitment, and Mobilization
Knowledge of international maritime regulations
Record Maintenance and Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making Abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with logistics and scheduling coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the maritime industry is a plus
