Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a mid-level role within the finance department
• Prior experience in the service sector (preferably IT or Pharma) is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
• Prepare full sets of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
• Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Handle internal and statutory audits, serving as the point of contact for external auditors
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent with efficiency
• Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes across departments
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in accounting tools (Tally/SAP or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Sound understanding of Ind AS
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making
