Credit Support - Senior Team Member

Role Overview: As a Credit Support Specialist III, you will play a crucial role as a Senior Team Member in the Loans group. Your responsibilities will be key to the efficient functioning of banking operations. You are expected to adhere to established QUALITY & QUANTITY SLAs, ensuring compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls. Your role involves supporting the secondary trading desk with trade booking and settlements, as well as liaising with internal departments, external contacts, Borrowers, and Banks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate document processing and identify and implement process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the first internal Point of Contact (POC) for process-related queries. - Serve as the first escalation point for any issues that may arise. - Build relationships effectively with clients, internal partners, and peers. - Recognize issues that require escalation and demonstrate strong domain learning and interpersonal communication skills. - Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support product lifecycle and area product management. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. - Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record. - Strong understanding of business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loans across various industries. - Exhibit strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets. - Effective time management and prioritization skills. - Ability to demonstrate knowledge of product lifecycle and area product management.,
