Job Summary

Responsible for Credit reviews for management by researching and analyzing sales data, customer accounts, business information and management reports

Essential Job Duties

Analyzing the credit data and financial information of the individuals or companies in order to determine the risk involved in offering them credit

• Preparing management reports about degree of risk in giving the customers credit terms such as various collection reports
• Coordinating with sales/Collections/Billing department for proper documentation of customers requirements, change of address/payment plans/change of business information/collecting US states certificates
• Validating the Sales tax exemption documents submitted by the customers.
• Understand different credit rating companies scores and analyze the information provide on the documents to reach to an accurate decision about customer business.
• Use reports to develop Process Improvement ideas and coordinate with Manager for implementation

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Key Attributes):

Education & Experience:

Commerce graduate/Post Graduation. Minimum of 1- 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• 1-4 Years experience in an US/ Europe Accounts Receivable profile
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Should have a Do what it takes’ and a ‘I must deliver’ attitude
