Job Description

Assess and process payday loan applications as per approved credit policy Verify borrower identity (Video KYC/CKYC), employment details, and salary bank statements Evaluate repayment capacity using FOIR (≤75–80%) and loan eligibility capped at ≤25% of net monthly salary Analyze credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax) Approve, recommend, or reject cases within delegated authority Identify and escalate risk and fraud indicators (multiple loans, fake salary credits, mule/wallet abuse) Ensure compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC/AML, and Fair Practices Code Monitor post-disbursal portfolio (DPD, roll rates, bounce trends) Support collections with credit insights and manage early warning signals Prepare MIS reports and support audits (internal, statutory, RBI)
