As a Loan Servicing Manager at indiagold, your role will involve managing day-to-day loan servicing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, handling customer service and escalation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless loan lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day loan servicing activities such as loan enhancement, renewal, and foreclosure. - Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and documentation for all loan accounts including KYC and bank details. - Process customer requests promptly and efficiently, such as loan rebook, renewal, and statement generation. - Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal audit standards. - Identify process gaps and design corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. - Oversee resolution of customer queries and escalations related to loan accounts. - Coordinate with other teams for smooth loan lifecycle management and support tech integrations for process automation. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of loan servicing for secured and unsecured loans, including workflows. - Understanding of NBFC compliance norms, KYC processes, and data management. - Proficiency in MS Excel and loan management systems. - Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving skills.
