Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be required to have strong financial and analytical acumen. You should possess an in-depth understanding of automobile financing processes, along with knowledge of credit risk assessment tools and CIBIL scoring. Proficiency in MS Excel and credit management systems (CMS) is essential. Your communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills should be excellent. Moreover, you should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure effectively. Your qualifications should include a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or an MBA with a preference for Finance specialization. You should have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in credit assessment, preferably in the automobile finance sector, NBFCs, or banks. Additionally, certifications in Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, or similar fields are optional but would be advantageous. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position, and the work location is in person.,
