Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Delhi/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in credit management or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and conduct periodic credit reviews of existing customers.
Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and maintain consistent application of credit policy.
Calculate financial ratios, such as credit scores and interest rates.
Process files for disbursement and ensure audit clearance.
Conduct personal discussions with customers via tele/video/physical meetings.
Perform Hindsight Visits in the field.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in credit management or related fields.
Strong knowledge of LAP/Housing loans/BL and technical legal reports.
Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
