Credit Life Officer

The role of a Credit Life Officer (CLO) at HSBC Bank, particularly within its insurance division, involves managing and promoting credit life insurance products.    Key Responsibilities:   Business Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand the credit life insurance portfolio by collaborating with loan officers and branch managers. Sales Enablement: Motivate and train loan officers to achieve target attachment rates for credit life products within assigned branches. Process Oversight: Monitor the sales process at branch levels, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to best practices for credit life product promotion. Performance Tracking: Coordinate the issuance of credit life policies, report on attachment rates, and identify areas requiring additional training or process improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional and branch leadership to drive focus and accountability for credit life sales targets.   Qualifications:   Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in credit life insurance sales . Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
