Responsibilities:

• Automation Reports : Develop and maintain automated reports, including payment confirmation, portfolio, and collection reports to streamline reporting processes.

• Risk Reporting : Conduct regular risk-related data analysis and ensure timely reporting to meet compliance requirements DPD Analysis (Delinquency), Roll rates, NPA Analysis.

• Ad-Hoc Data Requests : Respond to data requests from various teams, including Product, Business Operations, and Finance, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.

• Report Maintenance: Ensure all reports are up-to-date, accurate, and validated regularly to maintain data integrity.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with other teams to deliver actionable data insights that support business decisions.

• Data Management: Handle additional data tasks, such as working with bureau data, preparing dashboards, monitoring manual data for co-lending partners, and validating data across Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, R,Python, and AWS tools like Athena and Redshift (If knows preferable )for querying, data analysis, and managing large datasets.

• Experience with automation tools and reporting frameworks.

• Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in report development and maintenance, with experience in portfolio, risk, and collection reports.

• Ability to collaborate across departments and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.

• Familiarity with LMS, LOS systems, and bureau data management,AML.

• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
