Job Description

Job Purpose The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations. Key Responsibilities Supporting a global PE firm towards preparation of Borrowing Base Reports out of compliance, loan draws etc Credit Analysis - Rich Experience in credit, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, understanding of leverage and Adjusted EBITDA etc. Portfolio Monitoring – Monitor the companies sitting inside the client’s portfolios by analysing their financials, capital structure etc Good knowledge of DCF and relative valuation Regular interaction with clients and supporting them by catering to their other ad-hoc requests Strong communication skills and should be strong in excel Key Competencies CFA/ MBA in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics 3-5 years of experience in strategy research and analysis, preferably across industries At least ~1-2 years of experience in managing a team, as well as, directly communicating with clients. Experience in managing client communications solo will be considered an added advantage Experience in handling projects independently Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in research and consulting environment.
