LEAD ANALYST - CREDIT ANALYSIS - MID/ LARGE CORPORATES - 9+ YEARS - MUMBAI

corporate credit analysis and research

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end
credit assessment of non-financial corporates
, including analysis of business risk, industry dynamics, financial performance, capital structure, liquidity, and cash flows.
Prepare and review
detailed credit analysis / research reports
, including issuer-level credit opinions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain
financial models
, projections, and sensitivity / stress scenarios for corporates across sectors.
Assign and defend
internal credit ratings / credit scores
using proprietary frameworks and analytical judgement.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong expertise in
corporate credit analysis and research
(non-FI).
Excellent understanding of
financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance
.
Proven ability to form
independent, defensible credit opinions
.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting analysis to senior stakeholders.
Exposure to
global corporates and international markets
is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Leadership capability with experience in
mentoring / reviewing analysts work
.
