Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze companies financial and business performance
, benchmark with peers, and project future performance.
Conduct detailed
credit risk assessments
through industry research and financial analysis.
Prepare
high-quality rating reports
articulating the rationale behind the ratings.
Present findings to the Rating Committee
and address queries with sound justification.
Manage
relationships with key clients
and senior management teams.
Ensure c
ompliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on industry and market trends.
Contribute to brand-building and franchise development initiatives.

Requirements –

MBA (Tier 1 B-School) or CA with 2–6 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, or financial modelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of financial statements, markets, and instruments.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
