Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Developing strategies that will help manage risk and drive growth in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands
• Drive improvements in credit performance by implementing future consumer credit trends to existing credit processes and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
• Work closely with colleagues across the Company, be it Credit, Product or Operations
• Supplementing conceptual thinking skills must be supplemented by a strong quantitative orientation.
• Strong decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
• Good written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Drive and execute a plan in an uncertain and fluid Highly analytical and research-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis/underwriting principles, methods, and practices
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively with others
• Ability to approach problems quantitatively and qualitatively
